BissConnect User Agreement

This User Agreement is a contract between you and Bissconnect governing your use of our platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to this agreement.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use BissConnect. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use BissConnect only for lawful purposes and in line with our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach this agreement.

4. Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a license to operate the platform. You must not post content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes others’ rights.

5. Disputes

Disputes between users (e.g. in tenders, auctions, or marketplace) are between those users. BissConnect may facilitate but is not responsible for the performance of user-to-user agreements.
